During the 4th annual Bridal Affair Showcase at Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens on March 9, over 40 exclusive and preferred vendors brought wedding decor, food, beverages, sweets, music and gifts for attendees to sample.
Events by Cori assisted with the planning and execution of the event. Her team greeted the attendees and passed out complimentary Ceremony magazines as guests walked in.
In the Casa Courtyard, several tables were set to showcase various designs and rental options from Signature Party Rentals.
This turquoise table-scape showcases an upscale way to host “dinner by the beach.” Brightly-colored glassware reminiscent of the nearby ocean paired perfectly with the natural bamboo chargers and chairs. The blush-colored bouquet from Cargo Creative softened the arrangements.
One head table design was a blend of industrial and glam. Bonnie with The Tangled Vine softened the look of this metal table by adding gold accents and gorgeous white and green floral arrangements.
Bonnie from The Tangled Vine also helped bring this sweetheart table to life. Pale pink dahlias mixed with fragrant white hydrangeas complimented the rose gold votive candle holders and napkins for a flawless look.
The Bloom of Time provided a vibrant spring-themed centerpiece for another sample table. Bright bursts of color against the slate blue and gray table-scape make this the ideal design for any event.
Grooms Grotto and Pure Beauty by Danielle were onsite to make sure that future grooms and brides would look their best on the big day!
Epic 1 Entertainment provided a sampling of his reception party music in the the Casa Courtyard along with his brand new “selfie roamer” which captured photos, GIFS, and more for the attendees.
On the Ocean Terrace, guests soaked up the sun and ocean breeze while enjoying live music from the Kalama Brothers.
Weddings by Cortney Helaine and Little Hill Floral Designs displayed several different table designs. Which one do you love the most — modern romantic, or traditionally elegant?
Carbonara Catering served champagne, jalapeño blueberry margaritas, and an assortment of delicious appetizers to all of our attendees.
Pretty Giftables, Neon Carrot Events, Events By Katherine, Lavish Candy and Joy n’ Company offered personalized wedding gifts, sweets and planning services.
The biggest surprise of the day was this couple who got engaged in front of Balloonique Designs’ beautiful display!
The Pink Daffodil provided the most beautiful ceremony arch on the Ocean Terrace. Their custom-made hexagonal arch was the ideal compliment to Casa Romantica’s oceanfront backdrop.
Sundried Tomato Catering sampled their signature tomato soup along with cucumber salmon appetizers.
Lynne Lucente Floral Designs decorated the fireplace mantle in the Main Salon with a jungle of bright, beautiful flowers.
24 Carrots Catering served up biscuits and gravy alongside homemade “poptarts.” It was a tasty brunch treat for all of our guests!
Plumeria Cake Studio provided desserts that were as beautiful as they were delicious!
