In 1999, an anonymous million-dollar donation was the catalyst for transforming Casa Romantica from an aging historic home into the extraordinary Cultural Center and Gardens we enjoy today. Why should I give to Casa Romantica?

Casa Romantica is the only center of its kind in south Orange County, providing award-winning enrichment for people of all ages in our nationally registered historic landmark, the Ole Hanson home.

In order to continue expanding the breadth and quantity of its world-class programs, Casa Romantica must raise over $1 million annually. As a non-profit, we are not only responsible for all operating and programming costs, but also for preserving and maintaining our historic property and gardens. Because do not receive government funding, philanthropic gifts from individuals and businesses are critical to Casa Romantica’s continuing success.
