Weekly Meditation Class
Every Tuesday, learn meditation techniques in this relaxing weekly class at Casa Romantica. This class will open up an awareness of your inner self and focus your attention on your inner being. Waking up your inner energy centers (chakras) and emotion centers (latifas) are included in the many meditations that will be provided during continued meditation study.
The instructor, Jim Noggle, has been working with these meditation techniques for over 40 years. Please join us for deep relaxation and developing inner awareness as a natural remedy from stress and anxiety.
Participants should bring their own pillow or yoga mat.
