Newport Beach, California – The Fieldstone Foundation has invited Berenika Schmitz, Executive Director of Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens, to join their Executive Leadership networking group. Fieldstone Foundation has tailored this learning group specifically for executive directors, CEOs and key non-profit leaders. Group membership is limited to twelve high caliber professionals who meet once a month to collaborate on important ideas and trends that impact the non-profit sector.
Ms. Schmitz is a cultural entrepreneur with extensive non-profit experience, from launching start-up community organizations, designing complex programmatic initiatives, and stewarding successful growth campaigns. A student of Juilliard, Harvard, and Oxford universities, Ms. Schmitz is also a DeVos Institute of Arts Management fellow. In addition to her role as Casa Romantica’s Executive Director, she serves on the Culture Commission of the City of Dana Point and oversees programming for The Dana Point Symphony, an organization that she founded in 2011. The Fieldstone Foundation selected Ms. Schmitz to join the group, contributing elements of her vast experience, expertise, and creative vision.
