Superb Architecture
Walk into our enchanting space by stepping through our keyhole door and into the original Ole Hanson home. The restored estate features a unique architecture that was influenced by the Spanish Colonial Revival and features a carved wooden trellis, encaustic tile that was customized-designed for the home, oak floors that have just been restored, and two large fireplaces that provide excellent ambiance.
Lush Gardens
You and your guests will have access to our gardens on the property that feature many unique and diverse plants. There are cacti of all different species including barrel, prickly pear, and senita. We also have a butterfly garden that has many different species, monarch butterflies being seen most frequently.
President Circle Membership
When choosing to host your wedding at Casa Romantica, you will also be able to take advantage of our President Circle Membership. This membership is included in your site fee and good for one year to experience the Cultural Events and Programs that are held at the Casa. Some benefits include tickets to events such as classical concerts or dance performances, daily admission to the ground to come and relax, and is also a way to help the arts (you are able to write this off on your taxes).
Magnificent Ocean Views
The views at Casa Romantica are panoramic. Look at endless ocean waves crashing below on the shore and surfers paddling out. You’ll be able to experience this view of San Clemente, Dana Point, T-Street Beach and the pier. We have a bridal suite and groom’s room to accommodate you and your party for getting ready for your big day. Natural light shines through the windows and makes for great “getting ready” photos. Being able to start the day off right and knowing you’re already there will make for a stress-free start.

Our Spanish tiles adored around the home make for a perfect wedding favor for your guests to remember your wedding day. We also have etched champagne flutes and shot glasses available for purchase in our gift shop.

At Casa Romantica, we have an approved vendor list. Take the guesswork out of your Rentals, Caterer, Event Planner or Coordinator, and Florist.
